The world has become ever so health conscious and people are now trying everything to eat healthier, lose weight and look good. Fried foods are known for their high fat content and cholesterol content but they can also be carcinogenic especially when the same oil is reused multiple times to fry multiple items. So if you are not too worried about clogging your arteries you may need to be worrying about cancer.
